How is postage calculated?
We process your Order through Australia Post and adhere to the Australia Post database for postage calculation of your wine based on the total weight of the wine and the postcode you have provided.
How long will my Order take to arrive?
Upon receiving payment, we guarantee your order will be ready for shipment the following business day. Should there be any delay with your order, we will notify you via nominated phone number/email you have provided us. Once shipped from Sunraysia Cellar Door, it will take normal processing times for Australia Post to deliver it to your door.
My favourite wine is not available.. why?
As the Sunraysia Cellar Door represents 22 of the Murray Darling Region’s wine producers, we deal with both large wine producers and small wine produces that may have limited stock available in the current vintage. Please do not hesitate to contact us info@27.131.110.206 for an update of the status of your favourite wine if it is currently unavailable.
How can I get information on current deals and promotions?
Here at the Sunraysia Cellar Door we know that a steady supply of wine is a necessity, that’s why we like to treat our customers with regular promotions and deals to ensure that you can access delicious wines at incredible prices. Keep track of these promotions via our mailing list, Facebook page or by joining our wine club.
Are all of these wines from the Murray Darling?
We represent 22 of the local Wine Producers in the Murray Darling, some of these producers are large and have selected lines external to the region, however as the wine is affiliated with our local producer we include a small selection to ensure even greater choice for our customers.
Can I get recommendations for which wines would suit me?
Absolutely! If you’re experiencing some choice paralysis you have access to expert advice from our knowledgeable staff. Everyone has different budgets for different occasions, whether it’s a reliable everyday drinker or something different to impress we will find what’s right for you. If you can’t make it in to Sunraysia Cellar Door to sample the wines yourself, call or email us with your query and we will get back to you within business hours to make sure your selections are “uniquely you”.
